Trouble signing in?
- The email does not arrive: look in your spam or promotions folder, check the address, then request a new link. Each link works once and expires after 20 minutes.
- New phone or computer: passkeys saved with Apple or Google usually follow you. If not, sign in with an email link and add a passkey on the new device.
- No access to your passkey or your email any more: we cannot prove who you are, so we cannot restore the account. Please create a new one; your earlier comments stay under your old name.
