Terms of sale
These terms apply to posters ordered on coffearium.org. They are short on purpose; if anything is unclear, ask us before you order.
1. Seller
Coffearium is run by an individual based in Switzerland. Email: hello@coffearium.org
Not registered for VAT; prices include no VAT.
Name and postal address

2. What we sell
Printed posters designed by Coffearium. Each poster is printed to order by our print partner, Gelato, at one of its print shops, usually in or near the delivery country, and sent directly to you. Colours on paper can look slightly different from colours on a screen. One order can hold up to 10 posters, with up to 5 copies of each.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown and charged in the currency of the delivery country: Swiss francs (CHF) for Switzerland and Liechtenstein, pounds sterling (GBP) for the United Kingdom, euros (EUR) for the rest of Europe and US dollars (USD) elsewhere. The price of each poster and the shipping cost of the order are shown in the cart before you order and again at checkout. Shipping is priced for the whole order: several posters usually travel together; framed posters may be sent in their own parcels. Payment is made at checkout through Stripe; we do not see or store your card details. Your bank may charge a fee if your card is in another currency.
4. Contract
The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed. You see a confirmation page and receive a payment receipt by email. The order then goes to the print partner straight away.
5. Delivery
Delivery usually takes one to two weeks; framed posters to Asia, the Middle East and Africa can take up to four. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. When your poster ships, we email you the tracking link if the carrier provides one. If the poster crosses a border on its way to you, import duties or taxes may be charged on delivery; these are paid by the recipient.
6. Damaged, misprinted or lost posters
If your poster arrives damaged or misprinted, or does not arrive, contact us through the contact form, topic “Prints and posters”, with your order email and, for damage, a photo.
7. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU, EEA and United Kingdom)
If you are a consumer living in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the poster without giving a reason. To do so, tell us clearly within that time, for example by email to hello@coffearium.org; you may use the model text below. Send the poster back within 14 days of telling us; the cost of returning it is yours. We refund the payment received, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal; we may wait until we have received the poster back or proof that you have sent it. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling the poster beyond what is needed to inspect it.
Model text: “I hereby withdraw from my contract for the purchase of the following goods: [poster], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name, address, date.”
Swiss law and the law of other countries do not provide a general right of withdrawal for online purchases; orders from there cannot be withdrawn once they are paid.
8. Warranty and liability
Your statutory rights, including those for defective goods, remain unaffected. Beyond them, our liability is limited to the price paid for the order, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
9. Personal data
To process your order, Stripe handles the payment and Gelato prints and ships the poster; both receive the details they need. See the privacy notice.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swiss law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live continue to apply.
Valid from 18 October 2026.
